General Information

The least expensive and most convenient way to ship is by mail. You can also speed up delivery by selecting faster shipping options like "Express" in Canada or USA. All orders will be insured. These charges are included in the shipping price. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from reception. If an item is unavailable or back ordered, you will be notified by phone or e-mail within 24 hours. Some items may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size or weight. All the prices below are in Canadian Dollars.


Free Shipping on Orders of $100 and above 

  • Offer limited to web and telephone orders shipped Canpar Regular or Canada Post Regular (Expedited) within Canada.
  • Gift cards and taxes do not count toward order total for free shipping eligibility.
  • Orders must meet Canpar or Canada Post's size and weight requirements (no dimension greater than 1 metre, weight less than 30kgs) so oversize items like skis or bikes will not usually qualify for free shipping. Read Details
  • Hazardous goods shipments are not eligible for free shipping.

Orders under $100 sent within Canada are $6.50 via Canpar Regular and $11 via Canada Post Regular (Expedited).


Shipping within Canada

You can choose between Canpar Regular, Canada Post Regular (Expedited) and Canada Expresspost. Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. All orders are shipped from Banff, AB and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times. Isolated and rural areas may take longer.

Shipping to the USA

Orders sent to the USA are shipped by Canada Post Regular (Expedited) or Canada Expresspost. All orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

International Shipping

Orders going to international destinations are shipped by air mail. All orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products and destinations. These restrictions include regional distribution agreements, hazardous or over-sized products, and complexity in exporting some items.


Oversized Shipping Charges

An additional shipping charge of $15 is added to all oversized items (for example but not limited to skis, bikes etc.). These oversized shipping charges are over and above the regular shipping charges and will be automatically added to the normal shipping charges!


Taxes, Duty and Brokerage Info

Customers outside Canada are exempt of the Canadian taxes (GST and PST). Local officials will determine duties on international orders and bill them to you separately. Contact your customs office for specific information on duty rates and restricted items. An additional Brokerage (handling fee at the border) charge will be added and billed to you separately.
